Okay, this time I needed to take two units of Humalog insulin, after eating the yogurt and berries. The first pictures is drawing up two units (see how little that is?). 
The second picture is me injecting AGAIN.I'm sure you're getting the point by now. "Tight control" means taking multiple injections of insulin every day. You are watching my routine.
